The Art of Music Education Vol. X symposium is organised by the Körber Foundation and HamburgMusik gGmbH.
By registering using the form provided on the website https://music-education.hamburg, participants declare their wish to attend the symposium. Participation is subject to the number of places available.
Due to a limited number of available spots and in order to ensure a diverse range of participating institutions, only one person per institution can initially register. Additional applicants from the same institution will be placed on a waiting list and will receive an update regarding their participation by the end of January.
Registered participants will receive confirmation of their participation by email within 14 days. Once participation has been confirmed, HamburgMusik gGmbH will send registered participants an invoice for the participation fee of €200.
The concert ticket will be issued together with the conference badge at the Körber Foundation.
The conference ticket will be issued in the form of a badge upon registration on site. It is valid for all three days and is non-transferable. Day tickets are not available. Discounts are not possible.
Conference participation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 working days before the start of the conference. In the event of cancellation, the participation fee will be refunded to the sender’s account. Cancellations after 18 February 2026 will not be eligible for a refund of the participation fee.
Any travel and accommodation costs are to be borne by the participants themselves.
The event will be held in German and English. Simultaneous translation into the other language will be provided.
During The Art of Music Education Vol. X, photos and recordings will be made on audio and video media, which will be published by the organisers for the purpose of documenting and promoting the offerings of the Elbphilharmonie, Laeiszhalle and Körber Foundation.
